Enumclaw’s Thunder Dome is trading one car crowd for another. The industrial building at 1920 Garrett Street has been sold for $7.9 million, closing the chapter on a property that long hosted a private car collection and events. The 36,160-square-foot structure on roughly 1.2 acres is now slated for high-value vehicle storage, detailing and transport logistics under new ownership. Coldwell Banker Commercial handled the transaction for seller Thundering Mountain, LLC, with broker Brandon Thomas listed on the offering materials.

Deal and brokerage details

Brandon Thomas of Coldwell Banker Commercial closed the $7.9 million sale, as reported by ConnectCRE. The brokerage described the site as the Thunder Dome Car Museum Industrial Building and said its size, layout and light-industrial zoning made it a natural match for an exotic-car operator. According to ConnectCRE, the buyer is Cascadia Collection and DC Auto Transport, which plans to use the property for storage, detailing and transport logistics.
