TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The trial for a Tallahassee man accused of abusing and killing his step-daughter has been delayed for a second time.
Court records show Daniel Spencer’s attorneys filed a motion to continue, citing the need for additional time to prepare for the possible penalty phase of the trial.
