TALLAHASSEE, FL — Authentic Gyros & Grill, a fast-casual Mediterranean concept led by owner Badr Kbiri Alaoui, is preparing to open a new location at 2119 W. Tennessee St., Tallahassee, FL 32304, Alaoui told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.
The Tallahassee restaurant will join a group of six locations that includes a new Fayetteville, Georgia, store that opened June 9 at 190 Banks Sta, Fayetteville, GA 30214.
What to Expect
Alaoui said the menu draws on recipes he developed while living, studying and working in restaurants in Cyprus. “We got homemade recipes,” Alaoui told Business Debut. “We make from scratch, with a lot of variety.”
He said wings are a major focus, with more than 20 flavors built from the brand’s own sauces and seasoning blends. “All our recipes, like I said, are our own recipes,” Alaoui shared with Business Debut. He added that the concept also offers seafood and house-made cheese sauces…
