TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A man is now indicted with first-degree murder and another charge for a fatal Tallahassee sports bar shooting in April earlier this year.
Lavarion Williams, 23, was indicted with first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Williams was arrested about 3 weeks after the shooting occurred.
Tallahassee Police said the shooting happened inside Zingales Billiards & Sports Bar early Sunday morning on April 5, “during a large physical altercation.” Williams is accused of shooting and killing 32-year-old Tevin Gaines of Bainbridge, Georgia, that morning.
When officers arrived at the scene, Gaines was found lying outside the business with multiple gunshot wounds, per previous reporting. He later died at a local hospital…
