The Florida Lottery announced that Paul Cich of DeFuniak Springs has officially claimed a $5 million top prize from the 200X THE CASH scratch-off game. Cich, 61, traveled to the Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee on March 27 to collect his winnings.

Rather than taking the prize in annual installments, Cich chose to receive his money as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $2,779,400.00.
