TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Three men are expected to be sentenced Monday for their role in a 2023 home invasion that left a Tallahassee police officer shot.
In May, a jury found John’Darious Wright, Rahyim Sanders and Tyrell Guinnie guilty of two home invasions that happened the same night at separate locations in September 2023.
Wright was accused in both invasions, while Guinnie and Sanders were only accused in the second, in which Tallahassee Police Officer Caleb Babb was shot.
