When the cornerstone of your program is an empty-calorie nonsense cliche, you really have no place to stand on. While we all know how much the Clemson Tigers rock, the Florida State Seminoles seem to be at odds with their sods in favor of turning tile into rubble. Under Mike Norvell, Florida State has adopted the “break the rock” mantra to help galvanize the program. Is it working? Most definitely not.
Here are all the rocks Florida State wants to try to break this season. Will the Seminoles destroy six?

Florida State has the logos of all the teams the Seminoles will play this season in its weight room, including one with Clemson. They also massively disrespected the two in-state programs of note in Miami and Florida by situating the Hurricanes’ and Gators’ emblems upside down. This is how one creates unnecessary bulletin-board material for their biggest of rivals to seethe over all summer long…
