TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Residents in one part of Tallahassee are wanting to know more about a massive proposed zoning change before it is given the green light.
The proposal includes more than 1,200 acres of land within the Welaunee Plantation property in northeast Tallahassee.
