TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Tallahassee city commissioners are set to approve a historical marker for a longtime housing activist in the capital city.
Commissioners will vote Wednesday to honor Oliver Hill Sr. with a historical marker at the Columbia Gardens at South City Apartments.
