Winter Haven Police said this burglary ring has been terrorizing neighborhoods within a mile or two of each other for the past three weeks in the evening hours of 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.

The burglars allegedly broke a sliding glass door in the back of one home and smashed a door near a pool.

“So this is it. This is what they shattered. And they knocked it all the way down to the frame. It was about halfway gone,” resident Jennifer Thrasher Jordan, the daughter of John Thrasher told NBC affiliate WESH .

Jordan said the thieves smashed a glass door to the master bedroom last week. The whole scene was caught on security footage, but thankfully no one was home at the time.
