TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – More than three weeks after destructive storms moved through the Panhandle, many are still trying to plot a path forward. While the impacts were most devastating to the West of the Big Bend, those in Leon County are finding challenges of their own in the clean-up process.
