TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A second suspect is now in the Leon County Jail facing murder charges for the 2023 death of a Bainbridge man at a Leon County boat ramp. Rayvon Moten, 33, was extradited Monday from Decatur County, Ga. to Leon County to face first-degree murder and kidnapping charges in the death of Artez Moore, according to Leon County court records.
