TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Here’s what’s brewing!. The Blue Tavern is set to host a Mardi Gras carnival on Tuesday. The carnival will begin at 5 p.m. and feature food, King Cake and live music. At 6:30 p.m., a Mardi Gras parade will take place around the neighborhood.
