TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Several Chiles High School students handed out Valentine’s Day cards, at random, inside the Florida Capitol on Wednesday. “I feel like creating more positive energy, even to people you don’t know, will make the world a better place,” said Chiles junior Cristian McCorvey.
