TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Construction on the new TPD headquarters has yet to begin, and WCTV is looking into why. This comes ahead of the agenda for next week’s Tallahassee City Commission meeting. One agenda item addresses allegations about what happened on January 25 at the construction site for the new facility.
