TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – A Seminole County man won a $1 million prize playing Florida Lottery’s “the Price is Right” scratch-off game. Jason Henderson, of Chuluota, claimed his winnings Thursday at the Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He claimed his winnings as a one time lump-sum payment of $640,000, according to a news release.
