TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Charlie Adelson is back in Tallahassee as his mother prepares to stand trial Tuesday. The two are accused of orchestrating and financing a hit on FSU law professor Dan Markel. Charlie Adelson has already been convicted in the murder-for-hire plot, and is serving a life sentence.
