TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Construction on new dog kennels is now in full swing at the Tallahassee Animal Service Center, but the shelter remains open each day and encourages people to come out and see the dozens of dogs ready and waiting to be adopted – and ready and waiting to leave the hustle and bustle of renovations behind!
