TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Tallahassee Police are asking drivers to avoid the area near the 1300 block of Raa Avenue as they work an active scene.
A TPD Facebook post says they are now responding to what authorities believe to be an “armed suicidal subject.”
