PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – It was a normal Thursday for Joshua Mann and Nikole Patronis, both FSU students from Bay County.
Both students were in class when they got word of an active shooter on their campus.
“I didn’t hear the initial shots, but my professor was in the middle of lecturing, and then these three dudes like burst in through the middle hallway leading inside,” said Joshua Mann, a sophomore at FSU. “They just started yelling that there was a shooting going on.”…
