TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The 20-year-old Florida State student accused of firing shots on the university’s campus last week was shot once in the jaw by FSU Police during the incident, a Tallahassee Police spokesperson confirmed late Wednesday.
Phoenix Ikner is accused of shooting on FSU’s campus last Thursday, killing two and leaving six others injured, including himself.
