GULF COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) – The Florida Highway Patrol responded to a single-vehicle crash that left one person in critical condition on Saturday.
According to a news release, the crash happened at 4 p.m. involving a 61-year-old woman from Tallahassee driving a pickup truck. She was traveling north along County Road 30E inside T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park.
Troopers said for unknown reasons, the pickup truck veered off the roadway and onto the west dirt shoulder of CR 30E. The vehicle left the pavement, rotated, slid into the wood line, and struck a large tree, troopers confirmed…
