TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Dozens of mothers and daughters came together Sunday to celebrate Mother’s Day in a unique way, by crafting candles and creating lasting memories inside the Charleston Ridge Clubhouse in Tallahassee.
Hosted by the owner of SoyJoy Candle Co., the “Just Wick’n it With Mom” candle-making brunch offered families a hands-on opportunity to bond over scent, creativity and laughter.
“I am a mother myself, so community is always important,” said SoyJoy Candle Co. owner Khelsii Tarver-Adams. “Fellowshipping is always important, so that’s what I wanted to bring to this day. It’s a gloomy day, but we’re definitely having a good time inside.”…
