Local elected officials came together May 21 to cut the ribbon on Ridge Road Flats apartments, the newest of many affordable housing complexes popping up throughout the county.
Mayor John Dailey and City Commissioners Curtis Richardson and Dianne Williams-Cox, alongside County Commissioners Rick Minor and Bill Proctor, were joined by THA Executive Director Brenda Williams, city and county staff, and staff members of Elmington, the company managing the apartments.
