JORDAN TRAVIS WAS THE MAN IN TALLAHASSEE

Florida State football has been a roller coaster ride under the guidance of head football coach Mike Norvell. However, one shining moment was been the improvement of former quarterback Jordan Travis. I still remember wondering if the West Palm Beach native could throw 15 yards downfield.

Nonetheless, Travis proved the doubters wrong time and time again, when he recorded 10.700 yards and 96 touchdowns during his career with the Seminoles. I hate the fact that his time in the Garnet and Gold ended in a meaningless game versus North Alabama on Senior Night when Florida State was on the verge of making the College Football Playoff.

Travis had his NFL career end prematurely with the New York Jets because of his leg not properly healing. It is an unfortunate circumstance that I know he wished that he had back.
