Florida State football recruiting has been a sore spot for a segment of FSU fans over the past few years. Some blame last year’s 2-10 season on recruiting, but that’s not the case. FSU had more talent on its roster than 75 percent of the teams on its schedule. However, it needs to improve if they want to compete for championships again.
FSU’s composite ranking for its 2026 class is No. 32 with 11 commits.

- Four-star DL Tico Crittendon
- Five-star CB Chauncey Kennon
- Four-star QB Jaden O’Neal
- Three-star Noah LaVallee
There are several other guys FSU is in the mix for as well. if these four guys committed to FSU tomorrow, they’d have the No. 9 recruiting class nationally in the composite rankings…
