TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Leon County Commission is expected to delay its Land Use and Mobility Elements of the 2030 Tallahassee-Leon County Comprehensive Plan for about a year.
Known as the “comp plan,” the document is a type of land use constitution for both the City of Tallahassee and Leon County. The two share a planning department and urban planners recommend that both plans be the same or at least as similar as possible.
