TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – This current weather pattern looks like it’s sticking around for most of this week.
Morning showers near the coast that will try to move inland in the afternoons and then fizzle after the sun sets. All the while a full day of humid, but at least where the showers are happening it won’t be or won’t stay so hot. And remember, these scattered showers won’t bring rain to everyone. Some areas will get some legitimate downpours and accumulations; other spots won’t get much or anything. That’s the nature of the scattered shower.
Highs each afternoon are likely to make it into the low 90s before the showers help knock those temperatures down. Lows each morning will pretty much stay in the mid 70s. The heat index values will constantly run 5 to 12 degrees warmer than the actual air temperatures, so those showers will be key…
