Student accused in FSU shooting could appear in courtroom for first time Wednesday

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The student accused of opening fire both inside and outside the FSU Student Union in April is expected to appear in court in person for the first time since his arrest.

Phoenix Ikner is scheduled to appear at a case management hearing Wednesday morning.
