TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The second annual Cap City VHS Fest is pressing play this Saturday, starting at 1:30 p.m. in Railroad Square.
The event will feature vendors, food, art, popcorn, raffles and movie screenings. Cap City is partnering with many surrounding local businesses in Railroad Square, giving visitors a variety of activities to try.
