Veteran radio personality Joe Bullard, a longtime host in the Tallahassee, FL market, has filed a lawsuit against his longtime employer, Cumulus Media.
The 72-year-old Bullard, who earlier this year abruptly exited Cumulus’ urban AC “96.1 Jamz” WHBX in Florida’s capital city – a station he’d worked for since 1997 – accuses Cumulus of age discrimination and “differential treatment and hostility” in the workplace. Bullard also contends that his rights have been violated under Florida’s Civil Rights Act.
