The energy under the Student Union was electric as Beach Fossils headlined Club Downunder’s [CDU] annual “Last Call Before Fall” concert on Aug. 23, giving students a warm welcome back to campus.
The indie band was initially slated to perform outside on the Union Green, but had to move inside to the CDU stage due to inclement weather. The poor weather did not dampen the mood however, as new and returning students were entertained regardless of the venue.
“[Beach Fossils] are so experienced, they really know how to work a crowd,” FSU junior Autumn Snavely said. “They were really entertaining.”…
