TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man was arrested on Thursday in connection with an assault that happened last October, according to court documents.
Avery Ross, 34, is charged with sexual battery and false imprisonment, per arrest papers.
The incident began on Oct. 6 last year at the Four Points gas station on West Tennessee Street, according to documents.
