Jason Futch [email protected] Seven deputies from the Suwannee County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) were honored in Tallahassee on Monday, Sept. 8, as the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) commemorated Florida Missing Children’s Day, which has been acknowledged since 1999 on the second Monday in November. Annually, it brings together law enforcement, missing persons advocates, and families of missing children. During this year’s event, FDLE presented SCSO’s Sgt. Brian Barrs, Sgt. Mike Landis, Cpl.
