The Noles hang the Hurricanes out to dry in a 3-0 rout to remain unbeaten.
From the opening whistle, it was clear the Seminoles came ready to play. They fought for every ball, kept the tempo high, and pressed the Canes early and often. FSU earned its first corner in the 4th minute, and by the 7th, Jordynn Dudley tested Miami with a low, powerful strike from the top of the box that drifted just wide.
The pace was frenzied at times, but the Noles kept Miami out of sync. The Canes packed their box, yet FSU continued to eke out space and create dangerous chances. The breakthrough came in the 11th minute when Dudley stripped a defender deep in UM territory and fed Solai Washington at the top of the box. Washington weaved through the defense, then slipped the ball through a tight gap between the back line and keeper, tucking it neatly inside the far corner…
