Criminal charges dropped, LCSO detention deputy returns to duty after contraband incident

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Leon County Detention Deputy is back on the job despite previous criminal charges for bringing contraband into the detention facility.

While the sheriff’s office wanted the deputy to be fired, a panel instead ordered a suspension and employment probation.
