Tensions high during Quincy city commission meeting after unexpected vote to hire new city manager

QUINCY, FL. (WCTV) – Tensions were high during a Quincy city commission meeting Tuesday night as they hired a new city manager, voted against the Boys and Girls Club on Graves Street and voted to investigate a data leak.

Mayor Pro Tem Lane Stephens filed a motion during the commission meeting to hire former School Superintendent Roger Milton as the city’s new city manager.
