TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man serving time for aggravated stalking of his wife and domestic violence charges is now being charged with murder solicitation, per a probable cause affidavit.
Court records reveal that Michael Morichelli, a current inmate at Leon County Detention Facility, offered two inmates $50,000 to kill his mother-in-law once they’re out of jail.
One inmate reportedly claimed that Morichelli said he wanted to “Get rid of the headache,” and that he “wanted it to be kind of like an accident.” The inmate also said that Morichelli planned on paying them through his brother.
