TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Here’s what’s brewing in Tallahassee!
The 39th annual Winter Festival is happening Saturday. It kicks off with a lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. at Bloxham Park. Then a Jingle Bell run and finally, to cap it off, the Nighttime Holiday parade.
