Tallahassee, FL – Wet pavement and gray skies mark the start of a shifting weather pattern across the Florida Panhandle today. Showers are spreading through the region this morning and are expected to linger through the afternoon, bringing a much-needed cooldown after a humid start to December.
According to the National Weather Service in Tallahassee, rainfall will be steady through tonight, with totals between a quarter and half an inch. Roads may become slick during heavier bursts, particularly along I-10 and Route 27. Visibility could drop briefly in pockets of patchy fog developing after dark.
