The Chromebooks that Leon County students have been toting from school to home and back again since 2020 will have to stay at school for some middle school students.
In an effort to reduce losses and damage, the laptops will be left in the classroom with teachers for use in daily instruction. Not all middle schools will follow the procedure the same way – or even at all, according to school officials.
Generally, middle school students are asked to bring their laptops and chargers to school with them to school so all can be collected and accounted for before winter break…
