Neighborhood Cafe Returning With Full-Service Dining In Panacea

PANACEA, FL — Seabreeze Cafe is preparing to reopen in Panacea, bringing back a longtime neighborhood café at 1089 Coastal Hwy, Panacea, FL 32346. Owner Linda Marshall told Business Debut the full-service café is targeting a soft opening around January 1, allowing the team to fine-tune operations ahead of a full reopening.

The café originally operated for several years before closing just ahead of Hurricane Michael. After storm damage and equipment loss, Marshall has steadily rebuilt the space in preparation for its debut.

What to Expect

Seabreeze Cafe will operate as a full-service, sit-down restaurant with seating for approximately 35 guests. The concept centers on affordability, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere designed to encourage guests to linger.

Marshall said the café was created to meet a real need in the Panacea community, particularly for seniors seeking a place to enjoy a good affordable meal and connect with others. “It’s very important to me,” she told Business Debut. “I’ve taken care of a lot of older people, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see them come in happy, enjoying a meal, and feeling loved.”

Menu and Vision

The menu will focus on scratch-made, homestyle cooking. Breakfast offerings will include grits, classic breakfast plates, a variety of omelets, and specialty pancakes designed to stand apart from typical rural café fare…
