TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Tabias K. Bryant, a 37-year-old resident of Tallahassee, Florida, has been indicted on one count of attempted enticement of a minor, according to the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.
Bryant appeared before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick for his initial appearance at the United States Courthouse in Tallahassee. His trial is set for March 23, 2026, before District Court Judge Mark E. Walker. If convicted, Bryant faces up to life imprisonment.
The case was investigated by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Tallahassee Police Department and is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Eric K. Mountin.
