TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Leon County Property Appraiser’s Office is hosting its lunchtime Food Truck Round-Up, with a portion of the proceeds benefitting United Way of the Big Bend.
Several local food trucks will be participating on Wednesday, and homeowners will also have the opportunity to apply for property tax exemptions in-person.
“There are money-saving property tax exemptions that they can get, such as homestead exemption, disabled vets, disability and senior exemptions,” Valencia Scott with the Leon County Property Appraiser’s Office said. “It’s a great opportunity.”…
