Eastpoint man indicted on charges of attempted enticement of a minor

TALLAHASSEE, Florida — William Jared Breski, a 37-year-old from Eastpoint, Florida, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on multiple charges, including attempted enticement of a minor, according to a press release from the United States Attorney for the Northern District of Florida.

Breski faces one count of attempted enticement of a minor, one count of attempted transmission of obscene material to minors, and one count of penalties for registered sex offenders. He appeared for his arraignment in federal court before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee. A jury trial is scheduled for April 20, 2026, before District Court Judge Robert L. Hinkle.

If convicted, Breski could face a mandatory minimum of 10 years to life imprisonment for the attempted enticement charge, up to 10 years for the attempted transmission of obscene material, and an additional 10 years for the penalties related to registered sex offenders…
