TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – An Illinois man arrested nearly a month ago in connection to a 2024 fraud scheme involving stolen City of Tallahassee funds made his first appearance in a Leon County courtroom Thursday morning.
A judge set bond at $57,000 for Richard Golding, an 83-year-old attorney from Buffalo Grove, Illinois.
Court records show Golding was booked into the Leon County Jail on Wednesday.
