GADSDEN COUNTY, Fla. (WCTV) – There is a horse not far off the beaten path in Gadsden County, whose talent has taken him to famous arenas from as far away as Kentucky and Texas.
Rovy used to saddle up to show off his skills, but now, it’s his prowess with a paintbrush that’s turning heads and drawing crowds.
