On March 7, the Rickards track team had multiple athletes compete at Ellis Elite 16 Invitational in Miramar, FL, hosted by St. Thomas Aquinas High School. The Raiders had three athletes medal in multiple individual events, including Jeremy Mango, Davion Crumitie, and Journee Belcher.
Jeremy Mango – 110 Meter Hurdles, 400 Meter Hurdles
Rickards track athlete Jeremy Mango delivered an impressive performance at the Ellis Elite 16 Invitational, earning first place in the 110-meter hurdles with a personal record time of 13.92 seconds. The mark not only set a new PR for Mango but also currently stands as the fastest time in Florida for the 2026 season and ranks 18th in the nation. Mango also competed in the 400-meter hurdles, finishing fourth while setting another personal record with a time of 57.46 seconds, showcasing his versatility and continued improvement across multiple hurdle events…
