Tallahassee commission votes to sell 5 acres of downtown property to build hotel, apartments in $11M deal

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – The Tallahassee City Commission voted to sell of 5 acres of land in downtown on Wednesday.

The sale, totaling $11 million, includes two parcels of land labelled as the 2.41-acre “Chevron” block and the 2.68-acre “Johns” block.
