Charlie Woods suffers ultimate nightmare at prestigious event won by Scottie Scheffler

Charlie Woods suffered a massive loss at the Junior Invitational at Sage Valley, widely known as the ‘Junior Masters’.

Woods finished dead last while his future Florida State teammate and current rival Miles Russel blew competition out of the water, topping the leaderboard at 15-under par where incredible PGA tour players such as Scottie Scheffler and Akshay Bhatia have previously won the trophy.

Russell, the defending champion entering the week, opened with a first round 64 while Woods recorded two triple bogeys during the first round and ended the day three-over par. The second round proved more struggle, as Woods recorded two birdies early on but recorded double bogeys on both 15 and 16.
